This class will teach you the benefits of foam rolling to increase flexibility & mobility and to reduce pain. You will learn a full body sequence, proper technique and physical benefits.
We have foam rollers you can use or you can bring your own.


Heartfulness Meditation

In a short while, you’ll learn to remain connected to that gentle support throughout the day.

Prenatal Yoga Class

This class is designed to strengthen the muscles necessary to facilitate labor and also to practice breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is open to pregnant women alone and/or with a spouse.


Yin Yoga

Ages All Ages

Class Times: Sundays at 11:30AM,

Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Yin yoga as taught by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers is not intended as a complete practice in itself, but rather as a complement to more active forms of yoga and exercise.


MELT Method

In this class you will learn the simple yet profound techniques of the MELT Method. Utilizing soft foam rollers and balls you will gain the experience of tissue rehydration, easing of pain, and a deep felt sense of relaxation in your body and mind.

These two components work together to provide your body architectural support and optimal mind-body communication. New York City-based manual therapist and connective tissue specialist Sue Hitzmann has transformed groundbreaking neurofascial science and hands-on therapies into a one-of-a-kind treatment method called MELT. Group Meditation

Class Times:

This is an open meditation class. The first portion is guided breath training, providing a solid foundation for the nervous system to rest and the mind to gradually become still. The rest of the class is held in silence as each individual focuses upon the their object of meditation. Meditating in a group atmosphere amplifies the ability to focus the mind and send powerful effects out into our world. Come join us!


Corporate Yoga

Have a Keller Yoga Instructor come to your business and offer 1 hour yoga sessions to help reduce stress, improve health, happiness and mental focus & clarity. Improve work productivity and employee health. One hour corporate classes are $125/session


Mat Pilates

Ages All Ages

Class Times: Wednesdays at 7:00PM,

Mat Pilates is structured on the traditional principles created by Joseph Pilates. As you strengthen the muscles of the core, strength will radiate to all aspects of your body. Strength comes through focused lengthening of the muscles. You will be laying on the mat for the full duration of the class. No getting up and down. Combined breath with movement provides mental relief as your body strengthens. The only thing that is not traditional about this pilates class is that we do relaxation at the end.
This class is for all levels.



Ages 1 and up

Class Times: Mondays at 8:50AM, Tuesdays at 8:50AM, Wednesdays at 8:50AM, Thursdays at 8:50AM, Fridays at 8:50AM,

Onsite babysitter available for Monday-Friday 9am classes. Please come 10 min before class to get your child settled in and give you time to get into class on time. Please be mindful not to bring your child if they are sick. Childcare is $5/class per child. However, the Premium Unlimited Membership includes free childcare.


Keller Kids Pre-K

Ages 2-4

Class Times:

A well rounded yoga, music, dance and social development class for children 1.5 - 4 years and the grown-ups who love them. Parents can participate in this energetic and humorous class in a great environment. In this class we play games that teach the children how to breathe deep, strengthen muscles that help stabilize their coordination and posture, learn to balance, stretch and relax. This is all done with the help of music and songs as well as learning rhythm and getting to play instruments. Not only does it increase the development of the brain for communication, cognition and memory, these musical yoga classes develop motor/coordination skills, listening and social skills, friendships & family bonding.


Keller Kids Young Yoga (4-6 years)

Ages 4-6

Class Times: Mondays at 4:15PM,

This class is a mixture of yoga poses, games, songs and creative expression geared toward teaching our children how to breathe, engage, relax and focus the mind and body in a fun kid way! They will gain core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, body awareness and self-regulation tools to manage their energy, emotions and mind.
Minimum age for this class is 4 years.


Keller Kids Yoga (7-9 years)

Ages 7-9

Class Times: Wednesdays at 4:45PM,

This class is a mixture of yoga poses, games, songs and creative expression geared toward teaching our children how to breathe, engage, relax and focus the mind and body in a fun kid way! The will gain core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, body awareness and self-regulation tools to manage their energy, emotions and mind.
Minimum age for this class is 7 years.


Keller Kids Yoga (10-12 years)

Ages 8-11

Class Times: Wednesdays at 5:45PM,

This class is a mixture of yoga poses and games geared toward teaching our children how to breathe, engage, relax and focus the mind in a fun kid way! Providing more challenges and concentration exercises than the Keller Kids Yoga class, we are focused more on the issues this age group encounters in their peer groups and at school. Our Keller Yoga Teachers are certified to teach children with special needs. Ranging from ADD, ADHD and more, we are currently scheduling classes to meet the needs of all children. This minimum age for this class is 8 years.


Back To Basics

Ages 12 and up

Class Times: Mondays at 6:30PM, Thursdays at 6:30PM, Saturdays at 8:30AM,

This class is for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Through detailed verbal queuing, yoga postures are built from the ground up emphasizing attention to details of hand and foot placement to ensure steady holds and safety while in postures. We focus on more refinement of postures to gain the most benefit from each pose. If you are a beginner, you will learn proper alignment and activation for the postures from the very beginning. If you are advanced, you will refine your postures and find new meaning and wisdom in them. This is a slower paced class with longer holds in the postures, attention to breath awareness and muscular activation. You will walk away feeling not only strong and confident but with the realization that their attention was 100% with their practice.


Nia - Cardio Dance Class

Ages 12 and up

Class Times:

Nia is a cardio-dance workout, a movement practice, and lifestyle based on the intelligent design of the body.

We believe every person can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life by engaging their senses and listening to their bodies.

Nia Workout
Nia tones your mind and tunes your body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.


Power Flow Vinyasa

Ages 13 and up

Class Times:

This class is fast paced vinyasa flow challenging both strength and cardio endurance linking movement and breath. It is geared toward the intermediate to advanced practitioners. Modifications are shown. Arm balances and mild inversions are scattered throughout. Though you will sweat, you will leave feeling energized and balanced.


Yoga Inspire

Ages 13 and up

Class Times: Wednesdays at 7:00PM, Thursdays at 9:00AM,

This class is specifically meant to inspire you in your life. Some days the practice will be fast and some days the practice will be slow, but count on leaving inspired! Allow your heart to be opened and your spirits to be lifted through the music, message and physical practice. All levels welcome!


Yoga for Teens

Ages 13-19

Class Times: Mondays at 5:15PM,

This class is specifically for teenagers. Each class we will work on strength and flexibility, as well as do some of the inner work to combat the stress, fears, competition and anxiety of teenage life. We offer meditation and inner strength building exercises in a safe and fun environment.


Yoga Flight School

Ages 13 and up

Class Times:

Take your practice to the next level. Enjoy a Vinyasa-style warm up with the intention of spending the majority of class practicing arm balances and inversions to inspire strength, balance and JOY! Advanced practitioners and intermediates looking to advance.


Gentle Core Essence

Ages 13 and up

Class Times:

This is a 20 minute class with specific focus of awakening the core of our body. You will be encouraged to focus on your breath and use kindness to harness inner strength. We will do several powerful yogic core practices to ignite the internal fire of will, confidence, digestion and transformation. It is the perfect challenge before moving right into Our Yoga for Longevity class at 9:30, which is deeply restorative.


Gentle Yoga

Ages 13 and up

Class Times: Tuesdays at 6:30PM,

Begin with slow flow Vinyasa and ease into long, deep holds. There is an emotional, mental & spiritual therapeutic intention with this practice and you will be taken on an inward meditative journey.


Hatha Yoga

Ages 13 and up

Class Times: Mondays at 9:00AM, Fridays at 9:00AM,

This class is geared toward understanding the dynamics of breath, balancing out the left and right sides of the body and brain, and establishing equanimity in our lives. It is slower paced and perfect for beginners to advanced practitioners as the focus is always drawing inward to one's own experience. This class incorporates movement, pranayama (breath practices), conscious relaxation and meditation.


Strength and Flexibility

Ages 13 and up

Class Times:

This class is perfect for the person interested in building core strength and flexibility. The beginning of class warms the body up with vinyasa flow, then moves into strengthening postures and ends with deep stretching. You will leave feeling relaxed and strong in your own body. It is a perfect way to end the day!


Hatha Vigor

Ages 13 and up

Class Times:

Like the Hatha Yoga class, Hatha Vigor is geared toward understanding the dynamics of breath, balancing out the left and right sides of the body and brain. This class is intended for beginner and intermediate students.


Yoga for Longevity

Ages 13 and up

Class Times: Wednesdays at 9:00AM,

This is a somatic yoga class. Gentle Somatic Yoga incorporates slow, mindful movements that raise bodily awareness to heal persistent tension-based patterns in the body. 

These corrective exercises called Somatic Movement Flow are ideal for overcoming bodily pain and dramatically increase flexibility through the healing power of brain to muscle awareness and re-education through corrective sequences of movement that seem subtle and yet it is that subtlety that provides a deep, nourishing and profound experience(s) of your own body.

The main intention of Somatics Yoga is to sense and explore the muscles’ movement from within by discovering where the edginess is and by approaching these places with a gentle spirit of curious investigation. 

It is beneficial for the the highly athletic to help restoration of muscles and increase flexibility as much as it is perfect for the senior citizen with its gentle approach.


Flow & Flexibility

Ages 13 and up

Class Times: Tuesdays at 9:00AM,

This vinyasa for class links breath to movement, gently increasing your strength and cardio endurance while bringing you deeper into the present moment. Be prepared to sweat during the first 30 min and then enjoy a deep stretch during the second half. All skill levels welcome.


Yoga for Longevity

Ages 13 and up

Class Times:

Yoga for Longevity is a somatics yoga practice which focuses on repetitive movements with intention. Somatics practice can ease pain, improve mobility and heighten your sensory awareness of the body in space. Perfect for athletes, and those want who simply want to age with grace, and everyone in between. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, this class will bring balance and harmony to your mind and body.

Class Policies

There are no refunds for missed group classes. If you have to miss your weekly group class, please call or email at least 24hrs in advance and you can attend any other group class that week as a guest, assuming there is room in the class and it is appropriate for your age and skill level. If you do not give notice via phone/email that you are missing your weekly class, you will not be refunded for the class and you will not be able to attend another class as a guest that week. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel your monthly membership. Payment for sessions is made out to Keller Yoga at the beginning of the month to reserve your spot with your instructor. You may lose your session spot if you do not pay by the 4th of each month.
